it reminds me of using Uber, letting you know how far away it is and it saves time for calling them keep up the great work all and it’s easy to use :)
APP
I don’t like that I cannot book trips for my city. To me it’s counterintuitive for me to have the app, but I have to call in every time I need to schedule something for pick up or for drop off.
Can't book rides-must call the agency
Been using the app since local transit district began offering it. Was incredibly convenient, and useful. Now...well you open the app to book a ride and have to call the agency. This set us back several years to say the least. This needs to be fixed ASAP. This is a matter of my child's independence to get places on her own. Quite a disappointing change. Might as well delete the app.

Signed me out.
It signed me out and I can’t log back in. The transit doesn’t show up when trying to set the app up and I’m unable to use it.
APP IS HELPFUL BUT DOES NOT ALWAYS UPDATE!
I HAVE MIXED FEELINGS ABOUT THIS APP. I LIKE IT AS I CAN SEE MY MOMS PAST AND FUTURE RIDES BUT APPARENTLY IT DOES NOT ALWAYS UPDATE AS IT APPEARED ON ONE OCCASION THAT MY MOM HAD NO ASSIGNED TRANSPORTER FOR HER RIDE BUT THE ISSUE WAS I DID NOT SEE IT ON THE APP! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
