Suggestions

To make it more user friendly like other apps, please add the ability to share the location with someone to track the ride. Also, for negative riding experiences, please add the ability to block a driver in the app instead of having to call customer service. For me, that’s awkward. Thanks.

All of my rides have been wonderful. The drivers are polite, helpful, and very courteous. I would recommend anybody to ride with this organization.
