Good morning, I would just like to say since I’ve started using Usurv for my transportation needs it has been great. The best I’m so happy that this service was created for us.
Disappointed
I love uzurz. I love the drivers, however for the past 2-3 weeks it’s been slow. I’m not sure if they fired people or what. It should be no reason why I schedule a ride and the person is coming almost 30 minutes after. They need to hire all there drivers back asap!!!

Pretty easy to use, but please add a feature to track the number of rides used and remaining. Additionally, please include a location-sharing option for riders to send to a friend or family member.

After waiting for more than an hour, I contacted customer support who told me that they would text me when a driver was available. Never showed up.
$50 for an Uber is unacceptable. Customer support is completely pointless!

You can depend on you serve to find a driver. They’ll get you where you need to go in the most pleasant way you’re very dependable and I’m thankful for every ride I get through them.

Excellent transportation service
UZURV experience
The UZURV ride and app has been a life saver and game changer. The best thing to happen for seniors with difficulty getting to appointments, doctors offices, etc.
After the fare change, the app no longer lets me do rides inside Chesterfield county.
I’m not even sure if this is just a glitch on my end or if the app is broken, but after the fare change to rides in Chesterfield from $6 to $10 and rides outside from $6 to $15, I can no longer access the now $10 rides.
I did what they said to change the organization and apply for the new program, but even though it’s not at passed January 2nd, I can’t select which program to use and it automatically sends me to the $15 one! It even said that the new program CANNOT schedule or cancel rides within the app, even though the email I received said it could.
I like this app way better than Roundtrip, but I’ve tried everything I can and it will not let me chose the correct fare. It’s made the app somewhat unusable.
Hopefully this is explained.

Late
They showed up a few times late and I haven’t made my appointments
The one time that I can’t wait 30 minutes for another ride, they charge me a late fee for them being late. But it’s good most of the time.
