Says “out of zone” no matter what here you are
There’s only a couple patches on the map that’s in zone. I’m literally standing at the Transfer Station and it’s saying out of zone. Useless.

At first I had no problem getting to or from. Now, I barely can book a GRTC link. They be sitting around in parking lots doing absolutely nothing.

Great Service to Powhatan
To have the service for Powhatan is truly a blessing. Thank you to both GRTC and all the supporters who helped create this service. The app was easy to use and to provide the time of estimated pick up was especially helpful.

My ride to Walmart with Gerald
He was excellent. The first driver I’ve had that actually got out and waited till I got off to be sure I wouldn’t fall…
