I love Chillicothe Transit, they are very punctual and friendly

Terrible customer service and technical issues

I used this app as a means to get to and from work and parking in my city is terrible and there’s not even any street parking options available. It was all going fine until after work Jul 26th. The app stated that my ride had arrived but the two only vehicles that were nearby kept saying they didn’t have my ride number so I was unable to be let on. One of the drivers told me to cancel my ride and try to rebook, in doing that I accidentally signed out. That wasn’t a problem for me as I could easily get back in, but that was not the case. As I am a student I had to sign in regularly using my school account then two factor authentication. I logged into my account successfully, but the two factor authentication wasn’t working. The codes would send to my number and email, but they’d never work. It would always say there was an unexpected error and to close out of the app and try again. I uninstalled the app and even powered off my phone countless times and it wouldn’t work. I tried using the “Help” feature at the top of the sign in screen but it was just an ai bot asking what my email was and telling me that customer support representatives will reach out through email soon. I ended up having to call the non emergency 911 line to safely get back home that night. When the customer support people reached out (Aug 10th) that asked what my issue was and I explained in detail and provided 10 screenshots as proof and had them dated. I was thanked and told they’d discuss it with their team and get back to me which I completely understood and then asked for my phone number. I provided my number and then i didn’t hear anything for over two days. I decided to reach back out (Aug 12th) cause as I previously mentioned, it my means of transportation to work. They reached back out the same day saying the issue had been escalated to the team and THEYLL reach out TO ME as soon as there’s any updates. It took almost 10 days (Aug 21st) for them to reach out to me and there wasn’t ANY resolution it was just them asking if I was still having trouble signing in. I reached back out immediately and stated that I was and provided screenshots as evidence. They replied saying they’ll share that with the team and get back to me. August 27th I reached out asking if there’s been any insight on if this problem can be fixed, and if not can they just delete my account so I can create a new one. Once again they stated that the issue has been escalated to team and they’ll reach back out once they have any info. I get maybe this being a new issue and having to take a few days to discuss with your team, but it’s been weeks and I also find it disrespectful to my time how I was informed that I should wait and they’ll reach back out to me with updates but they’d only reach out once a week at the end of the week asking if I still have problems. Of course I do, I’m waiting for updates! Towards the end I even provided a possible solution of just deleting my account. My entire experience with this has just been beyond stressful and unhelpful with not a single actual update except “this has been escalated to the team” like 4 different times.

Terrible app for bus service

Ride Pingo does not work well for transit. My rides are regularly delayed by 20-45 minutes and force a last minute scramble to arrange alternate transportation to get to my destination on time. 0/10 do not recommend.

Bus service

Great job keep it up

Pingo app issues

The Pingo app messes up horribly it glitches it makes false tickets wich get passengers in trouble it also allows other passengers to add people to their ticket wich is a danger if somebody being added to their ticket doesn’t know they are being added to their ticket wich can also get passengers in trouble the app also falsely cancels passengers rides wich creates a real problem and pickup and drop off times are not always accurate causing issues if somebody has an appointment to go to please fix these issues
