Such a convenient and easy way to go from train to ferry. Especially since I either have a walker or my cane at all times.

Great program
Usually a very good app; however the driver’s GPS is often glitchy.
It would be good if it did its job
I love the idea, but it doesn’t even work that well, it doesn’t load no matter the signal and it doesn’t even track the bus correctly then if a bus is 2 minutes away but then a stop is added then the eta would change your bus that’s over 25 minutes away and sometimes it changes the time zone to UTC so I can’t tell when the bus will come then I stay at the spot for over ten minutes then the second I leave the bus comes it’s just a bad app FIX IT!!!!!!! Other than that it’s very nice.

Route planning needs fixing
Whatever algorithm makes the routes is incomprehensible garbage. It doesnt go by order of submission, and it does go by closeness. It seems like it just adds new stops randomly in the middle of the route, making it go way out of the way from closer spots submitted earlier. Drivers will have to route around for the drop offs they remember being closer while driving to do them in a sensible order.
It will also just send drivers on random turns for seemly no reason other than to waste more time. Ive seen a route that sent in a straight line down the street just turn down a block for a loop di loop, not because someone was there to be picked up, but because... ?????

Actually Terrible
Actually a terrible designed app. I see the intention but it’s barely usable. We should’ve kept it the old way.

I hate how the timing is never accurate and how the ETA is always changing. App could be made better with a clearer map and better visualization/graphics.
Not good
Quite possibly the worst app i have ever used. Gives you meaningless errors instead of letting you know when rides are full, you cant even see a generic schedule for all rides running in a day to a place and the whole app just functions poorly.
badly coded mess
You're better off just knowing the bus schedule and paying the bus driver. I could not schedule anything solidly. Time zone conversions are a common bug. They charged $5 more for a far inferior product in Northfield.
App Not Working
This app fails to process any payment method and is not user friendly at all. Very unfortunate this is the only way I can access public transportation in my area.

I have used the Pingle service three times from the Sonoma airport train station to the Sonoma airport back-and-forth and every time I use the app it’s so confusing really hard to navigate even the driver complains about the app the app never notifies you when you pay for the ride last time I paid twice on the app and I pay the driver cash because I got never notified that I already paid for the ride when I was trying to use the app I love the service so convenient, but the app is terrible

No funciona bien el tiempo real
No me deja adjuntar imagenes pero que sepáis que no actualiza bien a tiempo real, te pone unos tiempos en la pantalla donde están todas las rutas pero si entras dentro entonces cambia el tiempo. Es decir, desde fuera 98min para recogida y cuando clico se actualiza a 8min. En cambio si mantengo la pantalla va cambiando el tiempo de 98-95-89... Ni dentido tiene. ¿cuanta pasta se ha dejado el gobierno en esto?

App is not the best
Public transit done well
The access and on demand transit is a great public service. The app itself while does the job, could be improved :
1) The map performance is sluggish and no ability to zoom and follow the ride is not a great experience.
2) The origin destination simply allows a point to point routing vs value added features such as offering a generic destination. It would be much better if it allowed me to select “take me to a grocery store” and it gave a few different grocery options along with the pick up and drop off times that could be accommodated based on where current vehicles are and where they are already routed to.
3) this is not exactly app related but the routing algorithms the system chooses doesn’t seem optimal to me. I have seen several vehicles pass me in the direction I am going that just take a different road. I could easily be routed on those vehicles instead of another vehicle coming just to pick me up.
I hope the company does some additional user research to improve the overall efficiency of the service.

rubbish, need to be at college for 10:15 booked it for 9:30 and it said estimated time is 10😐 went back into the app again and it came up with no trip and said my areas not in range when it was before
