It frequently glitches and shuts down or refuses to open. They need to fix this asap. Otherwise it’s fine.

May Leave You Stranded!

Many of times the app will crash every time you opened it and restarting your phone or the app won’t help. Dangerously unreliable considering people have their money on this app and you still may not be able to pay for your fare. The least any app can do in 2026 is open… Only app I ever had act like this. Plenty of memory available on my phone as well.

Bus drivers never stop

Twice this weekend bus drivers would not stop at posted stops. And they were not full. This on bus route 30, Atlantic Ave. VA beach is scamming money with people prepaying to not get picked up.
