Needs a lot of work
The app sucks, it doesn’t always tell you when your driver is 5 mins away or when they are outside and the driver can leave you without calling and you will never know they were waiting for you. It’s always busy, sometimes you can try for 2 hours straight and that doesn’t make sense at all because how is everyone getting rides if there’s none available? How does it decide who gets a ride..? Then the customer service sucks too. I’ve been put on hold for over an hour probably longer if I didn’t decided to just hang up!

Unfortunately my area is not in the service zone, I would love to use this service since it’s affordable. Please add more locations

HRT on demand is amazing
The service is exceptional I love Hampton Roads transit on demand . I miss the public HRT bus two times I would have had to wait for another bus a whole hour and miss two of my appointments. But I remembered they have Hampton Roads transit on demand . I had amazing exceptional customer service from both of the drivers I requested so far in total . Love this service . And I just had to wait 8 minutes for a ride that’s short compared to a whole hour for the bus !!!!!! Love this app and the drivers ❤️ 🙌🏻 Please keep this service this is so helpful and please expand to more areas in Virginia Beach and add more drivers . I think this service has a bright future . 💯😃
