Scam APP BEWARE
Their ticketing process is a super off. You’re not guaranteed a seat because they are just a 3rd party online app who is giving a poor estimate on number of seats. Once the bus is full with people, they will leave you behind! So beware on their accuracy and go super early if you really need a seat.
Driving away from the spot all together
Long story short, the driver had so many ways into the pickup point but skipped it and is taking the longest route and it could be here by 3:50 despite the fact it’s supposed to be here by 2
Poor app
This app does not work well. Takes multiple clicks before working (if working). I had to cancel out multiple times to reset it. I was able to purchase a ticket however. The bus is absolutely a budget option. It got me to where I was going on a whim (Albany to NYC $24) and the driver was very kind. There were no seatbelts, bathroom was worse than camping with no tp or anything. Never been to jail, but likely similar. People in general were less respectful than other buses (loud phones), however, in no way unsafe. In the end, I got to where I needed to go, so it did the job, but the driving was a little rough, so if you get carsick, sit in the front for sure!

DONT GET A TICKET
I paid for a ticket of $100 and never got the service. It says to show up 30 mins ahead of time. I showed up an hour ahead of time and stayed there for about 2 hours. I ended up paying for another bus company that was accurate on time and ended providing me the best service. Unfortunately i called the customer service that runs “24/7” called 5 times and couldn’t talk to no body so please save your money.

Staff especially in the GA & NY very rude
I’m literally going to try & see who I can speak to directly to complain about how rude the staff especially the ones in the office where we purchase tickets treat us as the customers who broke g @ make your business grow. Not all of us are bums & even so we all should be respectfes. I’ve never er seen such rude folks!
