Had a connection in new york that i missed by 3 minutes. Turns out the bus decided to leave 5 minutes early and i was told i “might” get a seat on the next bus an hour later.

The part where you pick the date is bad. Everything is too close together. I got the wrong date. There was no review before final purchase. After purchasing the ticket I immediately saw the date was wrong but had to spend $10 to reschedule. Bad user interface.
