No review before purchase
The part where you pick the date is bad. Everything is too close together. I got the wrong date. There was no review before final purchase. After purchasing the ticket I immediately saw the date was wrong but had to spend $10 to reschedule. Bad user interface.
Big stay away
I tried calling customer service after receiving a cancellation email. They insisted the trip was still on when indeed the trip was cancelled by Peter Pan. They refused to provide a refund and later they hung up on me. The customer support lines are down since then. As a travel service provider the least you could do is to have someone at customer support. You did not directly provide points to my account despite having my email address on record. How can you expect the user to wait 7 days to receive the points and reschedule the trip? This is the worst bus service ever and I should have looked at the reviews. Rating of 1.7 stars says a lot and your company doesn’t seem to be interested in improving it. Never booking Peter Pan again.
