Price went up while I was paying

I was paying for my ticket at one price and when I went to hit the pay button it gave me an error message and sent me back to the beginning with a higher price. I like greyhound but when things like this happen it feels like they are ripping a lot of people off to make an extra buck from a lot of people but it adds up.

2 days ago Bus left with my luggage and no one seems to want to help me before it left at 2:30 am no one wants to help explain how things work they demand you off the bus first time doing Greyhound and no one seems to help and all has a attitude
