Very poor customer service
Very disgusted with the service by Greyhound. Miss my bus because of their error and they did not refund me the ticket or allow me to get on another bus. Very, very poor.!
Cancellation fee is crazy
I got a ticket for 30$ and I had to cancel it but the cancellation fee is 20 dollars so I’m only getting 5$ back is crazy
Absolutely horrible
It is August 28th, 2026. I've been stuck in the middle of VA for 6 hours. Our bus broke down and some guy said that this not the first or second time this has happened. I tried contacting my own ride or an uber. But the driver keeps saying another bus will be here shortly every 30 minutes.
Price went up while I was paying
I was paying for my ticket at one price and when I went to hit the pay button it gave me an error message and sent me back to the beginning with a higher price. I like greyhound but when things like this happen it feels like they are ripping a lot of people off to make an extra buck from a lot of people but it adds up.

You look at a trip a week or two out, then 5 minutes later look at it again and the price has gone up. They are intentionally doing this to make you pay more.
Greyhound bad directions
The Google maps is incorrect for the Greyhound station in Atlantic City. By the time I got to the station had to pay an extra $20 for the ticket. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

SCAM
This company is a total scam! If you cancel your trip a month before they won’t refund you your money all they do is give you a voucher. Called costumer support and they went off on me and hanged up.
