I had chosen the pickup point from Hyderabad jublee hills metro LVP travels called me and told me to take metro to Miyapur metro and mentioned theyll pay for metro Which is wrong I had to take a rush hour metro with my luggage to Miyapur The bus arrived at around 9 30 pm My luggage was loaded by a drunk conductor from LVP travels Then I got my sleeper birth with all clothes smelling bad I even check the ac vent and the ac air was smelly itself And difficult to breathe AC filter must be dirty then the sleeper seat was too small Then when I reached Bangalore I was told they lost my bag and gave it to someone else and the drunk conductor gave it to a woman Then they dropped me before my stop at Electronic City and sent me with a drunk conductor to pick up the luggage Had to walk a km and the drunkard was walking as if running away from me I had to take a lift to catch him Then I forced him to take an auto which we took for another 2 km which the drunkard was going to make me walk Finally I got my luggage and had to take a taxi by paying extra as I had to pick my luggage from previous stop I called red bus customer care and they said were just a booking app
