Train ticket booking related

I recently booked a train ticket through RedRail and paid an additional ₹1,500 for their "Seat Guaranteed" service. However, my ticket remained waitlisted and was ultimately canceled. To make matters worse, I received only a partial refund, while the premium amount paid for the guarantee was not refunded.

In addition, I was provided with a voucher that comes with numerous restrictions, including limitations on specific routes and validity periods. Due to these conditions, the voucher is practically unusable and offers little real value.

Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage others from using this service for future bookings. The so-called "Seat Guaranteed" feature appears misleading, as the promised service was not delivered. If a company is unable to fulfill its commitment, it should refund the entire amount paid by the customer rather than retaining money that people have earned through hard work.

No customer service avaliable

I booked a ticked it was PQWL1 , the ticket was paid extra as the said if it does confirmed i would get 3x refund . When i reached the station it was still the same they said chart is not prepared and i checked it till last moment it was not confirmed . I called the support but not assisstance the just take your money , no assisstance ptovided by the app. I am posting this review as my ticked is not confirmed is still the sane and could not board the train. They have really bad service dont trust them with 3x refund because the dont connect or update you. Worst app of all other booking . If u want to get scammed then go ahead

No USE if Seat Guarantee Option

Worst App, It will take your money in name of seat Guarantee and if it gets you 3x refund, then the ticket booked from the refilund amount also end up getting waitlisted or unutilised due to their lots of conditions which says to use within same location, to use within 7 days😂😂 Best way to fool people

I have got 3x refund from my booking after cancellation of my tickets. But it is not applying on any booking and it is showing expired. And I am contacting the customer care team but there is no team who can answer, only ai reverting automatically. Worst experience ever

Seat guarantee feature

Don’t fall fall this feature as they will then send you the 2X. Coupon and you will have to use it within 7 days. And if you book for a certain date eg friday sat sun, they will tell you that this coupon is not applicable for these dates.
