Fraudulent and extremely disappointing experience. I booked one seat through this app and received the ticket, but there was no proper information about the bus or its location. All the contact numbers provided were switched off for almost two hours. The bus tracking option was also showing “Unavailable.”
I tried calling Help & Support, but the call kept switching to Kannada language and then got disconnected. My bus was scheduled for 10:45 PM, and I am still sitting at Anand Vihar with no proper information or support.
This app takes your money and then leaves you completely helpless. There is practically no customer support when you actually need it. Please resolve this issue and refund my money. I strongly recommend avoiding this app until these serious issues are fixed.
