Worst service / customer care

Worst service ever encounter. Not accepting the mobile or email to reset password as well.
Hard to navigate to update / find user details
Absolutely looting the public money by booking the tickets charging money and then nor accepting user credential’s.
Worst customer care . All recording no real person to discuss the issue.

UPI payment issues

I am not able to complete my bookings using the app. When I try to proceed to make payments. It asks me to login using my IRCTC credentials. But the page does not take me to the actual payment portal and it crashes and goes back to the screen asking me for login credentials. I raised a ticket but no response from support in over 2 weeks now. Bad experience!
