Poor services not advising
Booked Delhi-Dehradun for 23 May, boarding 11:35 PM. Your booking confirmation explicitly promises driver contact and vehicle number 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure. I received neither — no SMS, no call, no app notification. Stood at the boarding point in Sector 62 Noida past midnight with another passenger. Only after chasing your helpline myself did someone confirm the bus was running over an hour late.
The delay itself is forgivable. The total absence of proactive communication is not. The "SmartBus" branding implies tracking, communication, and reliability — the actual passenger experience delivers none of that when it matters most. Fix your communication protocol before updating your marketing copy.

Comfortable Ride
Ride was comfortable and no issues
If you can’t afford to arrange alternate travel close your company you’re not ready
Imagine you booked a bus few days ago and on the day of travel they say it’s cancelled, given instant refund and you’re left with no options but to book other options at higher prices because you’re booking same day and you don’t get good seats you have to travel painfully in the back seat of a bus, all they did was cancel the bus provide refund and move on no accountability on the lives affected. If you can’t afford to arrange an alternate for your customers stop hypocrisy your service with the app the service all the gold plans and all that primary functionality of a travel company is to make sure you’re bookings are completed not make or break busses based on how many seats have been booked, if you can’t afford to lose some money and still arrange travel for your customers you’re not ready to have a travel business period.

Smoke in the bus
After 1hour we get boarded into bus, suddenly smoke detector got started ringing, and then we waited for 2hrs on the middle of highway expecting other alternative bus. However no such arrangements done and they asked all the passengers to get onto the bus and bus person disconnected the smoke detection wire. Which further all the people after 3 hrs of argument they stepped into the bus hoping for a safe journey , as there is no option left instead of waiting on road until morning.
But I rejected getting into the bus as there is no assurance of reaching safely and no safety alarm now to alert, so I got into another intercity bus and sat on the cabin beside driver seat with 3 years old kid. I know this is not safe but we didn’t have other option rather than panicking and sitting on the same bus. Entire night there is no sleep and we had made our own transport to travel from Vijayawada to Machilipatnam as the bus I travelled is going to Guntur. This is not at all acceptable from us to Intercity travels as in this condition there should be safety measures taken and should have a spare bus or alternate safe option instead of risking the passenger life.
I need an immediate assistance on this matter.

HORRIBLE STAFF BEHAVIOUR / LATE TIMINGS
The staff has horrible behaviour and the timing was too late
The was was telling on call after having picking problem he started screaming on call
And the location share for me by the official team on whatsapp i was waiting there for past 1 hour rather then that the bus moved 300mtrs futher
N asking me to come further totally undersatnd
But then he the night driver started shouting n screaming at me like tereko hath mai nahi denge jaldi rhak aur chad
I would never recommend on this company for travel
Especially staff behaviour
Whenever i tried to talk he was jst like customer care se baat karo
