Bus Left Despite Assurance – Extremely Disappointing Experience Worst Travel Experience – No Coo
My bus was scheduled to depart from Delhi at 8:30 PM. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I could not reach the boarding point on time. I immediately contacted the bus captain, who assured me that if I reached by 8:40 PM, I would still be able to board the bus.
However, the bus left without waiting, despite that assurance. The staff did not cooperate at all—they neither provided the driver’s contact number nor made any effort to coordinate with the driver. I chased the bus for nearly 15 km and repeatedly requested that it be stopped at the next stop, but the driver did not stop even at the next three scheduled stops.
This was a very disappointing experience. A little cooperation from the staff could have easily resolved the situation, but instead I was left stranded. I expect better customer service and request the management to investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that no other passenger faces the same issue.

Poor communication driver and conductor not even support . So don’t book if you wmat to travel in this bus

Very bad bus service. They charge too much money, but the bus condition is terrible. We traveled twice in this bus and both times the journey was very uncomfortable. There are too many jerks and shocks while driving. The bus is poorly maintained and not worth the price at all. I would not recommend anyone to travel in this bus. Please think twice before booking this service.
