Valuable information provider regarding trains arrivals and departures
Tatkal ticket
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. They show the Tatkal booking option, but the tickets are never actually confirmed. They charge extra money for “booking confirmation,” yet fail to deliver on their promises. Their so-called 24/7 customer support is completely useless, with no proper updates or assistance.
I was charged ₹3,860, including additional confirmation fees, and still my ticket was not confirmed on time. To make matters worse, the refund takes 24 hours to process, preventing customers from booking an alternative ticket immediately. Not everyone has extra money lying around to make multiple payments because of your failures.
This is nothing but misleading customers and providing false assurances. A complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise others to avoid this service unless they are prepared to risk losing both.

Tatkal Bookings
Sir I want a additional provision to convert waiting list tickets into Tatkal booking flawlessly. On Tatkal opening day you may arrange to introduce new option (or provision) as a “new booking “ or “conversion of waiting list” When the customer choose conversion a new pop up may be made out to enter the PNR number. Once the customer have entered the PNR number all data relating to that PNR should be fetched and shown . After showing the available Tatkal vacancies the customer may be warned to pay the extra amount of rupees……. This will avoid the repetition of entering all data such as train details , date of journey and passenger list once again by the customer. This will save time and very customer oriented service. Better to use IRCTC app instead of yours because money is deducted before filling the irctc password and why this password should be filled at the time of payment and why not at the time of application process when we have to filled out our name all our details. Very very ridiculous service and unacceptable.

UPI payment issues
I am not able to complete my bookings using the app. When I try to proceed to make payments. It asks me to login using my IRCTC credentials. But the page does not take me to the actual payment portal and it crashes and goes back to the screen asking me for login credentials. I raised a ticket but no response from support in over 2 weeks now. Bad experience!

Poor call center service. Never book through Rail Yatri
Even though I put the PNRnumber it’s saying the PNR is not put. I never book ticket through Rail Yatri. Such outdated customer support systems are using by Rail Yatri, I am surprised how such outdated system can use by so called reputed platform.

I really liked this app - until now. After today’s update, I’m forced to connect to my Apple ID. Doesn’t work for me = cannot use the app anymore.

Very disappointing experience. The app is difficult to manage and many features simply don’t work properly. Live tracking is unreliable, user ID management is confusing, and several functions lag or show errors. Overall, a frustrating and poorly designed train reservation app.
