Worst service ever encounter. Not accepting the mobile or email to reset password as well.

UPI payment issues
I am not able to complete my bookings using the app. When I try to proceed to make payments. It asks me to login using my IRCTC credentials. But the page does not take me to the actual payment portal and it crashes and goes back to the screen asking me for login credentials. I raised a ticket but no response from support in over 2 weeks now. Bad experience!

Too much fee for booking
And refund is ridiculous and delayed for a week at least. Generally IRCTC refund is instant though they mentioned it 5 days.
These agents have received it but keep it with them and not sure when they will refund.

Goes round and round. How to keep people occupied without no end result. It’s pathetic and total waste of time. Also aware this review has no response and falls on deaf ears.
Good app
Useful app for train ticket booking. There should be option of Dark mode in app.
Reservation issues
Worst app I’ve used for the following reasons :
1) after booking and making payment you have login into web site to confirm which doesn’t work so had to cancel . Shouldn’t this confirmation be prior to payment ?
2) the app shows seats are available but after booking it states WL but status confirmed ? Not clear and very confusing … seems like nit a lot of thought put into developing this app.
3) registration with railway web site doesn’t work and received no verification email .
This app in my opinion has lots on fundamental issues

I don’t normally write reviews for apps, but felt the need to write for this one, as there are many folks still wondering whom to contact for train and bus tickets in India. Look no further. This app is truly excellent and works well. I live in outside India but have no issues using this app when I’m in India to book train and bus tickets. I recent went to Rishikesh from Gurgaon and booked the sleeper bus with beds for the day trip. Booking was easy, with seat selection for free, and the app sent me regular updates about the trip. I’ve also used this app for train tickets all over India with no issues.

Driver did not stop on bus stop
Our bus was at 10:45 at night and we had booked a sleeper ac bus with washroom…we arrived at the bus stop at 9:35 and were waiting for the bus, but the bus was late and when the bus arrived the driver just entered the bus stop did not stop the bus and went out the exit gate the application is ridiculous it has no option to contact anyone nor there is any driver number listed…. Later the man from guru Krupa the agency guy that the bus will wait for you on the next stop when we reached there, there was no bus and on the app it said that the bus has crossed Katraj and when we went back again to the main stop there the agency guy had closed the shop and switched his phone off there is no option for refund….. You guys SCAM people for money I want an urgent call from someone from the company and I want the full refund because we did not get the chance even to board the cab….I want a call and my money back.
