Overall the pickup and drop timings were good, and the seating was comfortable. Bus tracking was helpful but not always accurate — it would be great to see improvements in real‑time updates. Apart from that, the journey was pleasant.

I genuinely had a wonderful experience travelling with Ram Lal. The staff was exceptionally courteous, the seats were comfortable, and I felt that safety was given the utmost priority throughout the journey.
What I especially appreciated was the extra attention towards female passengers—the staff would come by regularly to make sure everything was comfortable and that everyone was doing alright. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout the journey, without a single moment of discomfort.
I’d happily rate Ram Lal five stars. It’s my go-to bus service, and honestly, the safest one for me. You should definitely try it at least once—I’m sure you’ll feel just as comfortable and safe.

Fraudulent and extremely disappointing experience. I booked one seat through this app and received the ticket, but there was no proper information about the bus or its location. All the contact numbers provided were switched off for almost two hours. The bus tracking option was also showing “Unavailable.”
I tried calling Help & Support, but the call kept switching to Kannada language and then got disconnected. My bus was scheduled for 10:45 PM, and I am still sitting at Anand Vihar with no proper information or support.
This app takes your money and then leaves you completely helpless. There is practically no customer support when you actually need it. Please resolve this issue and refund my money. I strongly recommend avoiding this app until these serious issues are fixed.
