Fraudulent and extremely disappointing experience. I booked one seat through this app and received the ticket, but there was no proper information about the bus or its location. All the contact numbers provided were switched off for almost two hours. The bus tracking option was also showing “Unavailable.”
I tried calling Help & Support, but the call kept switching to Kannada language and then got disconnected. My bus was scheduled for 10:45 PM, and I am still sitting at Anand Vihar with no proper information or support.
This app takes your money and then leaves you completely helpless. There is practically no customer support when you actually need it. Please resolve this issue and refund my money. I strongly recommend avoiding this app until these serious issues are fixed.

Shortly after departure, they thoughtfully served snacks and provided a bottle of drinking water, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

Disappointed. I will not book any service on Abhi Bus app in future.
Very disappointing experience with AbhiBus. At the time of booking, the refund/cancellation policy is not shown clearly, so passengers book tickets without knowing how much refund they will actually get. But when you cancel the ticket, a completely different and inconsistent refund policy appears. In my case, different bookings had different cancellation slabs and refund amounts, and the calculation was not transparent at all. The refund policy should be clearly visible before payment, and the exact refund amount/deductions should be shown properly at the time of cancellation. Right now it feels confusing and misleading for customers. AbhiBus should make its cancellation and refund rules much more transparent and consistent.
