Bus broke down.. No response from driver on whether they will get another bus. AbhiBus support team said as per ticket contract a cab driver will call me within two hours from breakdown. But I called after waiting for more than two hours. They kept reading a playbook but no action plan. No confirmation that someone will come and pickup. So it’s just a fake commitment to get customers. Beware.

Rude Behaviour of the driver
I was traveling in City travels from Coimbatore to Blr today. The driver was rude and unfriendly. He was upset that I was talking to someone when he called me, though I was waiting at the bus stop. The bus came and with 2 seconds I boarded the bus. He was asking me why I was on ph. My dad is in hospital, I got a call from hospital which will be important to me. Later when I went and asked him will he stop for rest room, his body language was so annoying and no proper response. And finally when I realised bus is not going via flyover. I asked him if he can stop at Hosa Road. He didn’t even say not possible and asked me to get down(indeed he started moving the bus so that I will get down). In the night time, passengers do request , why you get angry. I then was trying to give feedback not to behave like this, but he was like who are you to speak. While he didn’t use any wrong words , but his behaviour was rude and body language was annoying.

Last night, I was traveling on a connecting bus journey from Hyderabad to Delhi, and when I reached Bhopal, I found out that I would have to wait almost 5 hours for the next bus. It was a very frustrating and stressful situation for me at that moment.

Reality
Overall it is very easy to book and track the journey. There is a small disadvantage don’t know whether it depends on the AbhiBus or individual travels. While selecting boarding points, most of the travels not showing the exact location like landing marks. It is very hard and confusing for the people who are new to the city. Hopefully, you will find a solution to this.. Apart from this everything is ok at the moment.

Gajraj travel gujrat to mumbai excellent journey
My experience with Gajraj Travels from Gujarat to Mumbai was excellent. The bus was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and even the toilet was hygienic i have booked tickets from abhibus in very cheapest price process is smooth. Dev Bhai is a very genuine and polite person, which made the journey even better.
They also provided us with water bottles, and we reached on time without any delays. We had accidentally left one of our bag on the bus, but Dev Bhai was extremely supportive. He assured us that he would return the bag to us in andheri when the bus came back.
Overall, it was a great experience. The next time we travel to Gujarat, we will definitely choose Gajraj Travels again. I would highly recommend everyone to try their service at least once.

Discounts on Low-Quality Buses, Premium Operators Overpriced
I had a very disappointing experience with AbhiBus. If you compare ticket prices, you’ll notice that premium bus operators are listed at much higher prices here than what you can easily find on platforms like MakeMyTrip or Yatra. However, AbhiBus seems to offer attractive discounts mainly on lower-grade bus services that frankly shouldn’t be charging the prices they do. It honestly feels like the platform prioritizes promoting these operators for commission rather than focusing on quality or reliability.
I first used the app because I received a reward on PhonePe, and I regret it. My first booking was a disaster, the bus was delayed by 5 hours because the operator kept stopping for commercial loading and at their tied-up restaurants, even though passengers were protesting since everyone was worried about reaching on time.
As “compensation,” AbhiBus gave me wallet credit, which essentially forced me to use their platform again. Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. The bus advertised as a 2×2 seating coach was clearly a poorly modified vehicle with an added sleeper setup. The welding joints were making constant noise, the recliner on my seat was broken, and although the listing claimed there was a bathroom, the smell when passing it was worse than a public Sulabh toilet.
Overall, the experience felt misleading and poorly managed. The platform needs to focus more on verifying operators and maintaining service quality rather than pushing questionable services with discounts. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend checking other platforms before booking through AbhiBus.

Trash on floor
Bus workers were good and abhibus app is great but can’t give any start to the cleanness. There are too many mosquitoes in bus,trash is all over on the bus floor lobby. We told the staff few times he said passengers were throwing. We told them serval time they did not clean. We even explained the cause of mosquitos is fruit and vegetables trash as well plastic chips and other food wrappers.
It was scary to come down from the upper levels. We told the helper if we coming down and fall who will be responsible. Still being refused by staff. I would never use GujaratTravel in future. We en up using this as we have indigo’s flights has been cancelled for days in Bangalore.
