Absolutely disgusting app and not trustworthy

I am extremely dissatisfied with your ticket-booking service. I have relied solely on your app to book train tickets for myself and my child and have tried multiple trains, yet every booking has resulted in a waitlisted ticket rather than a confirmed ticket.

I have paid your booking/service charges while receiving no confirmed travel arrangement. This is unacceptable, especially when travelling with a child and relying on your app for important travel plans.

If you cannot guarantee that these two tickets will be confirmed, I demand a full refund of both tickets, including all booking/service charges. I will not accept waitlisted tickets as an adequate travel arrangement.

If you cannot provide a confirmed booking or a full refund, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer authority/tribunal and pursue a formal complaint.

Please provide a clear confirmation of the ticket status and refund immediately.
