Driving away from the spot all together
Long story short, the driver had so many ways into the pickup point but skipped it and is taking the longest route and it could be here by 3:50 despite the fact it’s supposed to be here by 2
Poor app
This app does not work well. Takes multiple clicks before working (if working). I had to cancel out multiple times to reset it. I was able to purchase a ticket however. The bus is absolutely a budget option. It got me to where I was going on a whim (Albany to NYC $24) and the driver was very kind. There were no seatbelts, bathroom was worse than camping with no tp or anything. Never been to jail, but likely similar. People in general were less respectful than other buses (loud phones), however, in no way unsafe. In the end, I got to where I needed to go, so it did the job, but the driving was a little rough, so if you get carsick, sit in the front for sure!

DONT GET A TICKET
I paid for a ticket of $100 and never got the service. It says to show up 30 mins ahead of time. I showed up an hour ahead of time and stayed there for about 2 hours. I ended up paying for another bus company that was accurate on time and ended providing me the best service. Unfortunately i called the customer service that runs “24/7” called 5 times and couldn’t talk to no body so please save your money.

Staff especially in the GA & NY very rude
I’m literally going to try & see who I can speak to directly to complain about how rude the staff especially the ones in the office where we purchase tickets treat us as the customers who broke g @ make your business grow. Not all of us are bums & even so we all should be respectfes. I’ve never er seen such rude folks!

Terrible customer service
I had mistakenly bought a ticket for the wrong day, and in order to reschedule you need to give them your ticket number. They never sent an email for me even realize the mistake. Time comes for me to leave and I call looking for my email as was said in the app, help rep hung up once I explained it to her

BAD
This bus service is so bad. I had 4 tickets from Baltimore to NY and it was supposed to be there 2:30pm.
Then got a text the said bus was delayed due to mechanical issue. Okay and I waited for about 2 hours then called the customer service.THEY KEPT HANGING UP like 5 times when I tried to call for the bus.THEN I CHECKED THE BUS LOCATION AND THEY COMPLETELY SKIPPED US. Now its 7pm, with no bus and wasted 5 hours for nothing. If they would have told us that the bus isn’t going to stop then I could have brought have another bus ticket. When I called customer service, one lady was super rude and just said that the bus drove past us and there is nothing we can do. Like what is this kind of bull. TOOK ME 2 hours just to have someone to tell me there’s nothing we can do 💀

These people bought a couple of used coach buses from facebook marketplace and started a shady bus company. The prices are low for a reason, they are not a legitimate registered business anywhere. Your life will be in danger by entering this bus and that is not an exaggeration.
Delay all the time
I read reviews after I made the payment. Lots people saying this bus company delay all the time. This bus stopped at a gas station, so I talked to gas station worker, also saying this bus company delay all the time. My bus supposed to come at 12:45am, call the company, they saying delay for an hour.

you can't redeem the point
i collect the enough point for the next trip but Can’t redeem it. It Says dynamic price can’t redeem it. I try all the different time,date, they are all the dynamic price,so it means all the points are useless!

Place an AirTag in your belongings and expect the bus driver to arrive late. Virtually non existent customer service. This bus line needs to be investigated. Please do your due diligence and read the reviews from all sites. Called to inquire where the bus was after 1:45 passed- the woman stated “ if nobody come in 5 to 10 minute- go home!”. There needs to be regulations for this nonsense. Do not spend your money here. AT ALLLLLLL‼️

Trip to New York
I left today(11/23/2023) at 4pm from 3146 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd in Atlanta,GA headed to NY. We not even a hole hour into the drive and a couple of guys sitting in the back of the bus playing loud music and smoking weed. The bus went from hot with the heat on to cold as soon as that smoke hit the front of the bus for the driver to smell. I mean he not even saying nothing.. And these ninjas… like why u can’t respect other people and their health while in a close space. It’s one thing to be on the street passing a person smoking weed, but we on a bus, windows locked and the air conditioner on full blast pushing the smell of weed around the bus.. This is sad with this bus company. They need drivers that will pull this push over and remove people that wanna smoke weed on this bus. I mean I pretty sure none of these ninjas will stay in an elevator with a person smoking crack and inhaling them toxic fumes. No why in the world I have to inhale this toxic smoke… 12 1/2 hour long ride with these ninjas.. Wanda company better fix this or one day u gonna find yourself in a law suit. I’m pressing charges on these ninjas & sueing Wanda bus company.

Please, do, not, use , this , company!!!!!! The bus is late for 1 hour, called main number, was hung up on in me . Called headquartered number , No one picks up the phone! Called Customer number , One does not accept incoming call, the other keeps sending me to voice message.

Yes, I understand the ticket is very cheap compared to other buses but trust me it’s not worth it! When you’re lucky that the bus actually comes, you’ll ride a bus that’s cramped, dirty and smelly. The drivers are rude and most of them don’t speak English.
But when you’re unlucky, the bus might not even come. I waited for more than three hours and still the bus didn’t show up. I eventually went with a different bus, but when i asked for a refund, they denied me saying that the bus came. The problem is, i don’t know when it came. It could’ve come 3 more hours after i left.
Additionally, they have terrible customer service. They never picked up called or answered emails. Just avoid riding on this bus. USA will be a lot better without scammy service like this. By riding this bus, you’re letting them provide the same service without actually improving.
