tried to purchase a 1 way ticket and instead i get hit with a error every time and now have to wait a business day to get my money back because it still charged my card.
terrible connection
It takes five minutes to try and process a ticket purchase and sometimes won’t even go through when I’m connected to Wi-Fi. They need to fix their garbage connection because this awful app has made me miss my train MULTIPLE TIMES
Terrible just as Marta bus service
Would be a great app, a perfect app even, if it worked. Every now and then I have issues with the scanner but the problem is the “connection”. Claims there’s no network connection so purchase couldn’t be completed after already taking your money. Has errors everyday all day. God forbid you have to reinstall the app, they’ll say your tickets aren’t available on this device, even though it is the same device. Basically money laundering, app is just one big scam that works once in a blue moon. Also I made this review on the same “network connection” this app claimed wasn’t working.

Needs bug fixes
I used to use the app all the time but now its not even letting my purchase a ticket anymore to. Being able to purchase bus passes on line was really quick and helpful im not sure what happened and why i cant it keeps saying i need a network connection but my phone is on so im confused. Fix the problems with the app asap pls!!

Needs improvement
I tried the app and I will admit it was very easy to buy tickets although why could’ve I just used my Apple Pay whatever first world problems but anyway so when I try to use my ticket the scanners wouldn’t work this is very bad this is money being thrown out the window if I can’t use my ticket but when I try to 2 things happen one my Apple Pay window came up which didn’t have my tickets on there and secondly it would show a green light but the gate would never open it took so long that a Marta employee let me in and at my arriving station somehow it got the gate open but on my way back I ended up buying a physical breeze card and that worked flawlessly this app has a lot of potentials and a lot that needs to be fixed before I will use it again or recommend it to others although my brother used it and it was slow but it worked fine
