Why isn’t the whole 757 in zone?????
“Hampton Roads transit” but HAMPTON is out of zone🙄 oh okay the WHOLE 757 should be apart of this like the h3ll
Addresses Major Annoyance of the Ferry, but…
Year after year I’m amazed they still require exact change or a paper ticket on the ferry. Then I heard about this app. Sounded cool, so here I am. First, when I set up my account, it says the wallet on my phone won’t work while I’m using the app. What!? That’s a first. Second, the app thinks it’s tomorrow! Seriously, whenever I try to plan a trip, it says my dates are outside of range, and the low date of the range is tomorrow. When I was first setting it up it said I needed to correct the time on my phone. Again, what!? It is correct. Always has been. Date and time are as expected. So yeah, nice to not have to deal with the early 2000s level of payment conveniences on the ferry, but usability for the app is not good.
