At first I had no problem getting to or from. Now, I barely can book a GRTC link. They be sitting around in parking lots doing absolutely nothing.
Great Service to Powhatan
To have the service for Powhatan is truly a blessing. Thank you to both GRTC and all the supporters who helped create this service. The app was easy to use and to provide the time of estimated pick up was especially helpful.
Slow and unavailable service
Multiple times I have to walk home or I’ll be waiting for a few times 2 & 3 hrs for van

Tried to order grtc link, the eta’s are not accurate. It goes from 15 minutes away, to 17, to 12, back up to 18. You could be waiting for quite a while without an accurate time for pick up. Not reliable
“Busy”
I tried requesting a bus through the app for a hour and 5 mins nonstop and I get the same message every time saying “all our seats are booked please try again in a few minutes” and no matter how long I wait to try again it keeps saying the same thing.
