It signed me out and I can’t log back in. The transit doesn’t show up when trying to set the app up and I’m unable to use it.
APP IS HELPFUL BUT DOES NOT ALWAYS UPDATE!
I HAVE MIXED FEELINGS ABOUT THIS APP. I LIKE IT AS I CAN SEE MY MOMS PAST AND FUTURE RIDES BUT APPARENTLY IT DOES NOT ALWAYS UPDATE AS IT APPEARED ON ONE OCCASION THAT MY MOM HAD NO ASSIGNED TRANSPORTER FOR HER RIDE BUT THE ISSUE WAS I DID NOT SEE IT ON THE APP! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
Can't even register!
It won't even let me register, just get an error message. I called the phone number & was told just to call for a ride. It would be great if it worked.
Won’t let me book destination
It will not recognize the address of destination, so my only option is to pinpoint it on their map. This has happened several times and is quite daunting and frustrating since it wants zoom in from a world view!
Today of course that is what I am trying to do since it does not recognize a new providers address. It pulls up the map for a split second and goes blank. When you only have limited time to put the appointment in, this extremely frustrating. Especially since for once the provider can get you in quickly.
I can call and wait on average 2 hours to talk with someone to book it. My longest wait was 4 hours. But you honestly expect people to have that much time during their day? You provide an app, it needs to work efficiently especially when you put a TIME CAP on when a patient can even enter the information!

App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing when I select the time now… FIX ITTTT!!!!!

But would like an Apple Pay option for quick or emergency situations
Needs to fix “push notifications”
The app no longer sends push notifications when the paratransit bus arrives.
We have checked on 3 separate phones our notification settings to ensure they allow for notifications from this app to ensure it wasn’t an error on our end.
Can you please update the app to ensure that notifications are being pushed through when the para-transit bus arrives?

Can’t book rides!
It would be a really convenient app.. IF you could actually book rides from it! Every time I try to set the time for a future ride the date and time just spins right back to the current time.
App is unusable
My local transit service recently discontinued a route that I used and directed to book service on this app for alternatives. App will not let me even register. Looking at the reviews, this problem goes back 1-2 years. Don’t see any reviews saying the problems have been resolved. So I guess my question is, why does this app/service even still exist if the app is unusable?

Not impressed
I can never get it to take me where I need. I did figure out how to get it to schedule from hub to hub but I don’t see how that is very helpful if I need to be somewhere in the middle. Then when I do get it scheduled …from the hubs in bossier for example they drove right on past me going the opposite direction and there is not a bus stop on the other side of the road.. there needs to be a routes menu or stations map for this service and I do not revenue see a live map anywhere.

This app ain’t nothing you guys should’ve said about calling or do it for 24 hours or book up a ride for 24 hours but he lied about doing 24 hours of a ride it’s only doing like five hours a ride you guys should do it you’re more hours longer than that
Registration not working!!!
I’m unable to register as a new user on the app for the 9 Town Transit and Beacon Mobility services. Same error reported 1-2 years ago. Maybe do t take few years to try and solve the basic issue to justify having an app and to actually get users!!! I now have to call the transit agencies and register myself. I don’t think I’ve ever had to do that when an app exists … Just unbelievable…

Overall good experience except
If you manage two accounts (I have one for myself and one for my daughter) do not use the same email for both. If you forget the password for one you cannot reset it because the app doesn't give you the option to type in which username you want to reset the password for.
TERRIBLE!!!
This is the worst thing I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had 2 rides out of 4 just plain out not show up. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE!!
No communications
This company is very short staffed and drivers are always late, even for surgery appointments none of the ride providers are ever on time and when you try to reach the customer service the wait time is outrageous. Las two times the prompt kept on saying that my wait time was over 129 minutes

Can’t Register
Trying to register on the app with no luck. Keep getting an error message saying “registration failed. No funding is configured as available for selfservice. Registration not available at this time”
App doesn’t work
I have not been able to use this app to book rides . It’s not even worth downloading.
