Great until it wasn’t
The app has worked well the first few times I’ve used it. Now after about 2 months, I just get error messages and cannot even get past the first loading screen. I find the app helpful, but only when it actually works of course.
Great app
Only the homeless people with all kinds of ridiculous problems have issues with this app. I’ve used it a ton of times and it’s great
Half useless
This app was clearly designed by someone who does not use transit. Google maps is much more useful, I only use this app to double check where the bus is
new update
new update is such a disappointment and downgrade from the previous one. app is laggy and does not show accurate times. the other version was simple and accurate to use.
Problems
In person interaction (or by phone) is exceptionally great! This app is not. I’ve been trying for 20 minutes to just see the schedule for a certain route but nothing is working. Can’t plan a trip. Can’t see when school breaks are and bus isn’t running. Even though I “got” the app, I can’t get the icon to show up on my phone. Back to the drawing board, please. If this worked, it would be fantastic.
