North Line

The app provides a simple ticket system and provides an easy way to buy tickets to specific destinations. For finding schedules and using the tripfinder, I would recommend using the website. Beyond that, it works as a basic ticket app

My route does not exist?

The “Buy Tickets” option makes you choose an origin and a destination station rather than a Bustang line or even a fixed price. My station (along with a lot of others, from what I can glean from the Bustang website) does not exist. Hopefully the ticket I bought works…?

App is not good, schedule and mobike access

Just today the app refuses to work with my phone but with my laptop it works, still the format of the schedule on the website needs to be easier to navigate and understand, its not a great design especially if youre in a phone with a small screen

Maybe the worst app ever

Was this an Elementary School coding and design project? If so, good effort youngsters. This is truly one of if the worst app I’ve ever used. The schedules are impossible to find. What is easy, however, is buying a ticket. I’ve never written a one star review of an app but went out of my way to warn others and let someone at Bustang know that if they paid $5 for this design they were robbed. It’s laughably and deplorably bad.

Schedules Not Updated!

Going to the summit game in Denver. Driver stopped short of our destination and said this is as far as we go. The driver said the website warned us 1) we are supposed to use the app which didn't warn us. 2) the driver could have said something. Getting home was worse. This company sucks.

FAQ

What can I do with this app?

This app allows you to purchase bus tickets directly from your phone. You can buy single ride tickets or various multi-ride passes, such as 10, 20, or 40-ride options. All your purchased tickets are stored in a digital wallet within the app for easy access.

How do I use my mobile ticket?

Your mobile tickets are not activated when purchased. You must activate your ticket as you are boarding the bus and present it to the driver for validation. No scanning is necessary. Be aware that mobile tickets expire 30 minutes after activation, so do not activate them in advance.

Can I buy tickets for future travel?

Yes, you can purchase tickets up to 180 days in advance of your travel date. This allows you to plan ahead and secure your tickets for future journeys.

Is this app free to use?

The app itself is free to download and use for purchasing tickets. There are no in-app purchases for features beyond the ticket fares themselves, and the app does not display advertisements.

What if I have questions or feedback?

For any questions or feedback regarding the app or ticket purchases, you can contact customer service by calling (800)900-3011. The app also provides links to social media pages and the official website for further information.
