Bad app
This app sucks! It says they will pick you up in 30-40 min but they keep picking up closer rides and you get picked up after almost two hours. Some drivers cancel your rides if they don’t wanna do it.
Untruthful wait times
Scheduled a ride over an hour before I needed to arrive somewhere. Should’ve been picked up and dropped off with 30 minutes to spare.
George has been 5 minutes away for the past 25 minutes and I’m going to miss my bus because of it. Thanks, George.

👎
Took an hour to get here and they showed up at a completely wrong house so I had to walk there and they drove off as soon as I was gonna get on
Life saver
This is a life saver in Glenwood Springs. Other options are just not there. Thank you for offering this. It helps us out. A lot. The app works great.
