Terrible Usability
I added funds to the app intending to purchase a ticket, but was unable to access the money I added.
The app is not user-friendly, and even the bus driver was unable to help.
As a result, the funds I added may go to waste due to poor app design.

It’s a shame.
I like the app, but seeing that you guys are not allowing people to pay with cash starting march 17 is ridiculous. What is someone supposed to do if they don’t have a phone? Or what if they don’t have access to online banking? This change should not happen. You’re going to make a lot of people’s lives more difficult this way.

Good app, it works well and doesn’t have many issues. Wish it would put you on the menu to select bus tracker or maps by default instead.
Terrible app
Freezes every time I put in payment info. I have to shut phone off to let it unfreeze. I have installed it twice. Sometimes I can’t even get all the info in and it freezes. Would
