Why two apps
There is no reason to have two different Bustang apps, they should be combined. This is 2025, pay a developer and get it together.
Ap. Not user friendly
Cannot get tickets online, if you do get app, cannot be on another device like Ipad unless you carry it so must put on iPhone, and if you cannot get signal in subterranean garage….so you struggle….But drivers are great and courteous and usually on time….so why is corporate unresponsive to so many comments like this?

Forced to download. Buggy and not very helpful
No way to search for your train based on your pickup spot. You just have to know what line you’re taking. I’d take minimal functionality (like a back button) but seeing where the bus is on the route would save us a lot of wondering.
And it kicks you to the website for everything other than opening your tickets (which is buggy) so why have an app (that we had to download - and figure out which of the two was the right one) to open our tickets.
The bus was great and on time. The app (and the name mismatches between Google Maps and the bus stop and bus name) was the worst part).

Won’t let you view tickets in Union Station🤦♂️
This app is fine, until you get to the underground bus terminal in Union Station. It has very poor signal and that apparently triggers the app to log you out. Even with finding my email receipt the driver wanted me to buy another ticket. If the bus stations are going to be subterranean the tickets can’t be dependent on cell signal!😡

aweful
absolutely one of the worst apps I’ve ever used, why did you make it so incredibly difficult to buy a bus pass? Dogs***
