The wait times are wildly inaccurate and changing frequently. Allowing the rider to message or call the driver would be nice. If I could have a list of “favorite destinations” that are immediately available to click on, that would be great

EASY TO USE
Simple, straightforward and easy to use to request a FREE ride to some of my favorite spots around town. Love it!
awesome service but accessibility needs work
This is a super helpful service if you’re staying or living in downtown Steamboat immediate surrounding area. But the app is a little bit inaccessible if you’re blind. It’s hard to know when a ride is coming or to leave a review. I just left this great driver a three star review by accident, and I can’t change it because it’s not really accessible. Sorry john!
