Great service, needs some work
The wait times are wildly inaccurate and changing frequently. Allowing the rider to message or call the driver would be nice. If I could have a list of “favorite destinations” that are immediately available to click on, that would be great

Simple, straightforward and easy to use to request a FREE ride to some of my favorite spots around town. Love it!
awesome service but accessibility needs work
This is a super helpful service if you’re staying or living in downtown Steamboat immediate surrounding area. But the app is a little bit inaccessible if you’re blind. It’s hard to know when a ride is coming or to leave a review. I just left this great driver a three star review by accident, and I can’t change it because it’s not really accessible. Sorry john!

Yellow zone is great but
I got logged out and cannot log back in. It says there is no account with my email. I then go to make a new account and it say there’s account with my phone number. I cannot reset the password or anything. There is no nothing to call or email for support for this so that’s why I’m here. Please help, or someone buy me a car.

Very Good App and a Great Service
All drivers are very friendly and very good drivers, just try to tip when possible.
An amazing Uber/Lyft alternative!
Yellow Zone is very helpful because Steamboat does not have Uber or Lyft but if I need to get somewhere that’s in town I can just take a Yellow Zone instead of having to walk across town.

Steamboat Springs resident here. This is such a great service. I am a without a vehicle and a full time resident so I use the bus system constantly. The only issue I live a long hike up from where the bus drops off. This has been a game changer for me! Yellow Zone has helped me keep my schedule at work and is always on time and the drivers are so friendly; they are always so friendly and take pride in the service they provide, and they experience they give including impeccably clean cars. If I could give it 10/10 stars I would!

I love Yellow Zone! Such a great, much needed service in this town since Uber/Lyft don’t usually have cars working here. Would love to see them expand their hours and distance allowed to travel as not all of the town is within their allowed pick up/drop off zones.
