Excellent service, severely hampered by the removal of the ability to book a future ride
The service is much harder to use and less dependable now that the ability to schedule a future ride has been removed

Great service, but it’s impossible to book when busy
There is never an option to schedule a future ride and it just locks you out if there’s no one available right now!
