$20 hold?
I used to enjoy this service but now it tried to put a $20 hold on my card so I chose to walk instead. Get rid of this new money holding thing or i will never ride a bcycle again

They take random charges with no explanation after you ride the bikes then ghost you
App sucks
Yes it’s very convenient sometimes but I swear half the time there is a bike at a station the app just won’t let me take it
Upgrades People, Upgrades
If you don’t have an e-bike or bicycle this can be a real game changer!! They just opened up stations in Longmont, and they’re all over central Boulder. You can take advantage of the beautiful bike paths or daily commute to a lot of areas. Sure it’s not perfect, but they’re always friendly and pretty quick to fix issues. Besides, not having this option would be a real bummer. 5 stars

I have tried it twice now and when I try to unlock a bike it just thinks for a while and then it says
