Didn’t receive my orders and i already completed payments, no more updates till this day. They are cheating on ppls and this is not fair, we trusted you and thats why send money.
Regret Ordering From This Store – No Support
LExtremely disappointing experience. I accidentally placed an order and immediately contacted customer care to cancel it and place a different order. Unfortunately, the replacement order was also not as expected, so I promptly contacted customer care again to request a return and refund for the original order.
Despite repeated concerns and multiple emails, I have received no meaningful assistance or resolution. The lack of customer support is extremely frustrating and has completely ruined my experience with the online store. Immediately I have now deleted the app also from device
I genuinely regret purchasing from this platform. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering unless you are prepared to deal with poor after-sales support and unresolved complaints.

Cheap quality worst customer services ever
One item in my order is damaged, so I placed complaint within two hours of delivery. Still, I can’t get anything any response from them. And this is not my side of fault. This is their customer services which are really poor. I have find multiple time and uploaded my complaint on the app as well as mobile number given, but no response at all. So this is worst app. I could ever see, and I can’t trust like this. Nonsense chat bot responses I hate this if a customer is trusting you you should be responsible to know that they are trusting you fully and you should make them trust you

Worst customer service, they sort of catch interest of customers by showing free items as gifts in there cart and when customer buy other items along with it, they refuse to give free gifts by saying glitch and for the items which I paid with those items also, there is a issue either wrong colour, defective or missing items, customer service is worst they don't give a call and there email respond is 2 days and it's not like when a customer sent the first email for every reply to the email they take 2 business days and even don't sort out the issue

Worst shopping experience with Deodap! I ordered a product expecting what was shown in the app, but I received a completely different product with a much cheaper quality and design and price too. It feels like they intentionally replaced the ordered product with a low-cost alternative.
The most frustrating part is that there is no proper refund or return pickup option available. This is extremely disappointing and feels very unfair to customers.
I would strongly recommend being careful before ordering from Deodap. Very poor product quality, misleading product delivery, and terrible return/refund experience. Definitely not a good experience.

We ordered several sample products from Deodep to evaluate their product quality before placing larger orders for our brand and building a long-term business relationship. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
We specifically ordered products in particular colours, but received completely different colours. In several cases, the products we received were also different from what was shown in the website images. The actual product quality was extremely poor and, in some cases, far below what was represented online.
As a brand planning for long-term business, we initially had every intention of working with Deodep on a larger scale. However, after receiving and inspecting these samples, we have completely lost confidence in the platform and its product quality.
The website images and the actual products received were significantly different, which is very misleading for buyers. The money spent on these samples feels like a total waste.
Customer support was also disappointing. When we contacted them regarding the issues, the response was not helpful and we were simply told that orders on the website can sometimes be delayed in delivery, which did not address our actual complaint about receiving incorrect colours, different products, and poor-quality items.

My experience with DeoDap was extremely disappointing. My order was delayed, and despite raising multiple support tickets and sending several emails, I never received a callback or a proper response from customer support. My support tickets were closed without anyone contacting me or resolving my concerns.

I placed my first order through this app, and due to my own mistake (I entered an incomplete address) I couldn't receive it. I honestly expected a long back and forth process to get a refund.
Instead, I was pleasantly surprised. Their team reached out to me, asked what had happened, initiated the return on their own, and processed the refund without me having to follow up or chase them.

😡Read the policy as i was suffered a lot. I ordered two solar light one was working and one not working I requested refund and they asked me to read policy because they created it in a way that no matter if product is now working i will get less then half of the product cost in refund. So read policy and I request deodap guys to work on it as you asked us to share the video of opening and still you give less then half of money then you too need to do check the product before sending to us with video of checking and working as this is totally loss for us or making us fool because this should be count as scam😡

Worst app experience ever. Almost every review complains about the same poor service and fake, unprofessional support team. They reply with the same fixed template messages without even reading or understanding the issue. Most of the time they don’t understand proper English or even simple Hindi.
It’s honestly better to receive a fake or copied product than receive nothing at all. They don’t even provide a proper cancel/refund option and seem to ignore legal concerns completely.
Better spend ₹5–10 extra on apps like Meesho or any trusted platform, but seriously don’t use this fake app.

Fraudulent App
I ordered a camphor bottle through the app, but it was delivered in a damaged condition. I reported the issue immediately within minutes, along with video and photo evidence.
However, it has been over two weeks now, and there has been no proper response. They keep delaying and have not made any effort to resolve the issue. Additionally, the toll-free numbers provided do not seem to work.
This has been a very disappointing experience. I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this platform.

They don’t deliver
I am from mumbai Jogeshwari west metropolitan area i live in its been 12 days they are not delivering my order i paid a huge amount the delivery agents cancels the order on their own without contacting us they put OTP wrongly provided and they keep cancelling the order everyday the re attempt and cancel zero sense of responsibility when we call delivery agent they dimiss the call 7-8 times in a row worst delivery services I have ever seen never ever gonna use Deodap again. Its been 12 days my order is still not delivered.

Very Poor Experience
This app is extremely misleading. The product price shown initially is not the real price. At checkout, unnecessary charges like shipping and high taxes are suddenly added, increasing the total amount significantly.
This feels like a tactic to attract customers with a low price and then add hidden charges later. Pricing should be transparent from the beginning. Customers should not be surprised with extra costs at the final payment stage.
Very disappointed with this kind of practice. Unless this issue is fixed and pricing becomes honest and transparent, I would not recommend this app to others.

They send incorrect products worth pennies and do not address the issues when raised. I placed an order worth 1035 but received junk worth may be 50 bucks. When I raised the complaint they wanted a video proof of unboxing. I shared all the information but they repeated like a broken record saying there’s no enough proof. I have also raised this with consumer help.
Please do not fall for fake advertising. They might send the first order perfectly but when they will be waiting for a chance to scam you.

Customer support is worst
I order multiple items shipping charges is high for every single product they charges shipping charges if you buy 10 products they add charges for all 10 product. I received different product they just give me back difference amount. They did not take it back or exchange the different product. Customer support is also to slow you have to upload picture and make video before open the parcel if you don’t do this then you cannot get refund I give 0 start for there service.
