No proper service
My experience with DeoDap was extremely disappointing. My order was delayed, and despite raising multiple support tickets and sending several emails, I never received a callback or a proper response from customer support. My support tickets were closed without anyone contacting me or resolving my concerns.
Eventually, my order was cancelled and a refund was processed only after repeated follow-ups. While I appreciate receiving the refund, the overall customer service was very poor and frustrating. Customers deserve timely communication and proper updates instead of having to chase support for days.
I hope DeoDap improves its customer support, response time, and order handling. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

I placed my first order through this app, and due to my own mistake (I entered an incomplete address) I couldn't receive it. I honestly expected a long back and forth process to get a refund.

😡Read the policy as i was suffered a lot. I ordered two solar light one was working and one not working I requested refund and they asked me to read policy because they created it in a way that no matter if product is now working i will get less then half of the product cost in refund. So read policy and I request deodap guys to work on it as you asked us to share the video of opening and still you give less then half of money then you too need to do check the product before sending to us with video of checking and working as this is totally loss for us or making us fool because this should be count as scam😡

The worst app to exist like I mean I have ordered black eye masks in bulk and in the images it looked quite good but I have received a completely different product and now they wont refund??? Like really???

I should believe on past reviews
Worst app experience ever. Almost every review complains about the same poor service and fake, unprofessional support team. They reply with the same fixed template messages without even reading or understanding the issue. Most of the time they don’t understand proper English or even simple Hindi.
It’s honestly better to receive a fake or copied product than receive nothing at all. They don’t even provide a proper cancel/refund option and seem to ignore legal concerns completely.
Better spend ₹5–10 extra on apps like Meesho or any trusted platform, but seriously don’t use this fake app.

Fraudulent App
I ordered a camphor bottle through the app, but it was delivered in a damaged condition. I reported the issue immediately within minutes, along with video and photo evidence.
However, it has been over two weeks now, and there has been no proper response. They keep delaying and have not made any effort to resolve the issue. Additionally, the toll-free numbers provided do not seem to work.
This has been a very disappointing experience. I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this platform.

They don’t deliver
I am from mumbai Jogeshwari west metropolitan area i live in its been 12 days they are not delivering my order i paid a huge amount the delivery agents cancels the order on their own without contacting us they put OTP wrongly provided and they keep cancelling the order everyday the re attempt and cancel zero sense of responsibility when we call delivery agent they dimiss the call 7-8 times in a row worst delivery services I have ever seen never ever gonna use Deodap again. Its been 12 days my order is still not delivered.

Very Poor Experience
This app is extremely misleading. The product price shown initially is not the real price. At checkout, unnecessary charges like shipping and high taxes are suddenly added, increasing the total amount significantly.
This feels like a tactic to attract customers with a low price and then add hidden charges later. Pricing should be transparent from the beginning. Customers should not be surprised with extra costs at the final payment stage.
Very disappointed with this kind of practice. Unless this issue is fixed and pricing becomes honest and transparent, I would not recommend this app to others.

They send incorrect products worth pennies and do not address the issues when raised. I placed an order worth 1035 but received junk worth may be 50 bucks. When I raised the complaint they wanted a video proof of unboxing. I shared all the information but they repeated like a broken record saying there’s no enough proof. I have also raised this with consumer help.
Please do not fall for fake advertising. They might send the first order perfectly but when they will be waiting for a chance to scam you.

I have ordered products worth 3000rs. And they have sent an incomplete parcel to me. Almost 5 products were missing in their parcel and they are not ready to get it refund. They are not ready to send me that parcel. They are saying we cannot help you in this case. Customer support is worst
I order multiple items shipping charges is high for every single product they charges shipping charges if you buy 10 products they add charges for all 10 product. I received different product they just give me back difference amount. They did not take it back or exchange the different product. Customer support is also to slow you have to upload picture and make video before open the parcel if you don’t do this then you cannot get refund I give 0 start for there service.
If the user received different product why you don’t take it return just refund the difference amount.

Worst app currently in india to loot the money from people
Dont but anything from this deodap application, If you order 10 items they will send only 8 items, Once you raise a complaint ticket they will ask you to share the unboxing video, after sending the unboxing video they wont respond again after that and after 2 days you will get a message that your query ticket is closed. One of the worst app in india currently.

first of all i ordered like 8 items, and then they added 2 chocolates by themselves and had no option to remove them and no cash on delivery, but i placed an order any way, then they deducted money from my account, but later when i went to check on my orders, it showed no orders has been placed, and also didn’t get any order ID text, now when i text the customer care, they are asking for order ID ( which i didn’t receive) Scam, totally scam app, don’t use the app, SCAM

Fake App, don’t provide refund
I ordered a product on 3rd June through this app, and it was supposed to be delivered by 13th June. Even after repeated follow-ups, I never received my order. On 21st June, I contacted support, and all I got were vague responses like “just wait.”
I checked with DTDC, and they confirmed that the parcel was returned to the company’s office because it could not be delivered. Despite this, it is now the end of September, and I still haven’t received my refund.
This app appears completely fake, the company is unprofessional, and they are refusing to refund my money. Do not use this app.

I have order product from Deodap and in that there was an astronaut order along with remote it was missing in my box they say share us the complete inboxing video who will keep that box I have uploaded the product unboxing video but still they refused to give the missing item if we can order big amount then we can order again as well but due there scam they don’t appear on the call and they are doing scam with people am not happy I’ll tell 100 people now to put review to everyone 450 product dosent matter it’s missing item .

I orders 3 times from there app and out of three 2 times there was missing items and damaged product
First time I didn’t made Unboxing video so they said we can’t help you
Next time I made unboxing video and kept everything thing properly
