They treat this app like you are trying to access top secret material or something. Save yourself a boat load of headaches and just download the material from the website.

Modules locked ASM
Logged in and it’s locked to CMC tier 3. Won’t let me access ASM modules. Pretty ridiculous since all of it is public knowledge and cmc more advanced then ASM won’t let me change to it. Good job navy found a way to over complicate an easy training cause greedy and want charge money just like BLS. Ridiculous.

When you sign in the app immediately crashes reinstalling does not fix it either.

I used this app all the time and now it opens for a second then crashes.
App does not stay open
I have downloaded the app previously and it works fine. Recently when I attempt to open the app is closes immediately. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times but it still closes as soon as I open it. Is there a possible solution for the problem?

Great program. App needs more work
These products have had a world of difference in generating readiness but the apps layout for its content is very confusing.
All the information is right up front and I don’t know sometimes what’s a link to a collection vs an actual module vs a lesson. The hierarchy of information is not organized well.

What happened?
Since they have updated the app, it does not work on my iPhone any longer. I cannot access my previous veers and it is giving difficulty to login.
Tried to download the CLS train the trainer course “register” option inoperable.
Have been using the DM app for sometime. Down side, when questions are submitted, I continue to receive a “incident closed” message without a true response to the question. Great material for those otherwise unaffiliated with TCCC.

Can’t Sign-In
I can’t sign-in on the app. When it takes me to the log in screen, the sign-in with google button is unresponsive. If I click in the email and password boxes, I get some weird half keyboard that pops up making it impossible to use a keyboard. I would like to be able to save content but I can’t do that if I can’t sign in. Also, when I got to the allogy site to try and create a user name and password it takes me to a page that asks for my branch. When I type it in and hit next, the page just reloads.

App does not work on my iPad
This app is incredible and is a great way to stay abreast of changes. It works wonderfully on my iPhone but does not launch on my iPad.

Very good app before update 1.6.0
As said, the app was excellent before the latest update. Now it crashes every time i try to open anything. Have an iphone 7 and the update is 1.6.0.

Had a fantastic experience with this app, however, since I logged into my profile it crashes within the first 5 minutes of use.

Good idea, poor execution
Clunky to use and sign in. Once I figured it out and was able to sign in it constantly crashes on opening. Unusable. Get this right and it will be a great tool to have
