A separate, optional PHQ-9 depression screening check is free from the Home screen; it gives a screening score, not a diagnosis, and points you toward a health professional rather than standing in for one. START WITH ONE PHOTO Choose a photo from a moment when you felt most like yourself. That photo becomes your Anchor, the place on the road you are walking back toward. Six gentle questions reflect the distance between that moment and today, without labels, scores, or clinical language. TWENTY SECONDS A DAY One slider. One honest answer. No journal entry is required and there is nothing to catch up on. Your check-ins move Wick, a small lantern who carries your Anchor, along a road you can actually see. As the distance changes, the sky changes with it. THREE SMALL STEPS DepreScan suggests three practical actions drawn from the parts of life you said were missing: something for the body, something for the mind, something for your life outside it. On difficult days it offers one instead of three. Missing a day makes the next step gentler. There is no streak to protect and nothing to repair. ALWAYS FREE The daily check-in, the daily steps, the rescue action for the moments when you do not know what to do, and every crisis resource are free forever. None of them sit behind a subscription, and they stay available if a subscription lapses. DEPRESCAN+ An optional subscription adds unlimited Road history and milestones, adaptive Steady and Beyond modes, weekly photo comparisons, and an optional sleep and step-count ribbon from Apple Health. $19.99 per year or $4.99 per week in US pricing; local prices vary.
