Love the calmness
17164 is my first session...love this! And I’ve been diagnosed as clinically depressed for 20+ years. I have a feeling of calmness that I’ve never experienced. Hope this continues!

Hands down the best of the binaural beats / isochronic tones apps available. These sounds have immediately and profoundly helped my anxiety and depression, and significantly helps my insomnia as well. Definitely 5 stars.
