Very unreliable
App constantly freezes and unit in the van will start beeping in the middle of driving. Very distracting.
Horrible, absolutely horrible. Causes time loss
These things are so bad that they take away time you could be working to be troubleshooting this. They always have issues. Support is so bad. They pretty much make you do the same thing you would do on your own. I don’t see the point of calling.
Doesn’t work most times

Worst app
This app is awful. You can be doing 70MPH on the freeway when all of a sudden you get the loud high pitched beeping. There no reason for this, but now you how to find a way you place to pull over or something play with your phone while driving to rid the sound. I’m losses connection to the car all the time mid drive for no reason. Worst app out there

Absolute worst
It disconnects constantly and I have to just drive with the beeping sound the module makes in my vehicle. I never write reviews, but I had to leave one for this. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible.
Horrible reliability
We have been using the derive system for a couple years now and as a leader and user I must say the system reliability is horrible , it takes too much effort to keep everyone connected and reporting correctly. Frequently troubleshooting theses devices uninstall and reinstalling the app, frequently needing to reconnect and force close the app. This system is a huge time leech on productivity , it requires way too much user and leader activity to keep working as intended. Pass on this system for a more reliable passive system.

Disconnect
Disconnects frequently. Need to either repair connection by reinstalling app or trying various things like shut truck off and restart or reset phone eventually it miraculously reconnects

Beeps constantly when getting back into truck. Device has been swapped with new one, same thing. Everyday same thing.....Beep....Beep....Beep. It’s complete trash! Would give 0 star if possible.
Unreliable
Doesn’t work. Can’t stay connected. Can’t find vehicle. Inconsistent. Just want it to work, but it’s 50/50 it will.

Constant beeping
I’m sure I’m driving safely as I madly look for a place to pull over as it starts beeping while I drive. It’s going to make for a great accident report some day.
1 Star for a reason
Why do I have to keep my location set to always on if it doesn’t recognize me when I start the van? More than half the time, I have to turn off the engine, restart with the door open and this app open for it to work.
Complete garbage
Can’t wait until that shrill sound burns out those frequencies of my hearing so I don’t have to listen to it anymore.
BEEP!
I always have issues connecting to the unit. My music has to be turned up to at least 31 to drown the dreaded beeping. When it does work, our dispatchers still can’t see where I’m at.

Not a fan
My company uses this app which will start beeping in the middle of driving somewhere. Takes forever to sync up to the truck while obnoxiously beeping more and more.
Annoying
Works like it’s supposed to maybe 1 out of 5 times I start my truck up. Otherwise beeps non stop. Try reconnecting to vehicle, restarting app and still just fails to connect most of the time . Main unit has been swapped out already too and continues to beep non stop .

Derive beeps constantly! Tried fix my connection, powered phone down, signed out. Need to fix. Annoying!
