Extremely Overpriced
I own their cherry blossom sweater, and their crochet hoodie in brown. The sweater is extremely low quality for the $120 price tag!! The ends curl up and the swear wears and fits very poorly. I’m trying to sell it for $90 but I’ll probably go down $70, as this is what the quality feels like.
The hoodie is fine* and I still wear it to this day
*within the first month, the crochet started tearing and coming apart and I’ve had to patch and repair two large holes that were made from 6 ish smaller holes. I would price it at no more than $80.
Their prices are about twice the price they should be, in my opinion. And I’ve heard their customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t know, as they never replied to my emails LOL.

Stopped responding to emails
I emailed them because the hoodie I received was 2cm too small lengthwise and height wise and wanted to replace it. All they said was that 2cm was “within the limits” (albeit this isn’t stated anywhere on the website) and that I could exchange for a medium. This still would’ve required me to pay exchange shipping for a product that doesn’t meet the description. I sent another email explaining why the size medium wouldn’t work because it would be too large if the measurements were accurate and that having to pay for return shipping is unfair and they stopped responding.
Also, reading the legal terms on their website a couple interesting things popped up. 1: They basically have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. And 2: Information on their website doesn’t have to be accurate and they don’t have to change it. Both of these clauses make customers prone to situations like mine where I received a product that doesn’t meet the described sizing and am now being ignored.

I love this brand so much
I found this business on Tik Tok and ever since I’ve bought at least one thing from every drop. I love the style and the quality of the products are amazing. They put so much detail on every piece and for a reasonable price. You can make fire fits with these pieces. I never miss a day where I don’t wear Derschutze. I spend so much money on these products but it so worth it.
