Return items
This brand's customer service is absolutely abysmal. I ordered three leather jackets totaling nearly $400 (tax included). I ordered the same style of jacket but in different sizes—simply because I wanted to try them on to see which one fit me best. The jackets still had their original tags attached and remained inside their protective packaging. As a student, I was raised to be earnest, honest, and to conduct myself with integrity; on their website, they advertised that customer support staff (represented by a headset icon) were available 24/7—and I actually believed this claim before deciding to purchase from them—but it turned out to be a complete lie. They also promised that customers could return or exchange items within 30 days—another total scam. You are forced to contact them via their support email, after which they send a follow-up email asking for the specific reason behind your return request. After I explained my reasons, it took them another five days just to respond to my email, only to send me a link requiring me to re-enter my order details and product codes. The whole process felt absolutely insane—it felt like I was wasting an exorbitant amount of time on a task that, in a normal context, should have taken no more than 15 to 20 minutes to complete via an online return form. (In America, this kind of streamlined return process for ill-fitting items is standard practice—you simply ensure the original tags remain attached—never remove them or wear the item—and send it back quickly.) Then, about a week later, they sent yet another email containing a link, this time demanding that I submit actual photographs of the jackets themselves. And in the end? They never actually sent me the return shipping address. My follow-up emails went unanswered—simply because I requested a return address. I certainly cannot wear three shirts of the exact same style in three different sizes simultaneously. I was completely honest, yet they showed absolutely no respect for their customer; they simply went silent. Ultimately, I ended up paying triple the price for a leather jacket solely because I trusted that they would honor the business practices and customer service standards they advertised on their website. I attend a school for exceptionally gifted students and do not have an abundance of time to waste on trivial matters like this; yet, I was forced to expend an excessive amount of time dealing with this issue—compounded by their deceitful, scam-like treatment of customers. I am thoroughly displeased with their service. As a direct result of my experience, they have lost a significant number of potential customers from my school and the academic clubs I participate in. A major corporation has no right to adopt a deceptive attitude toward students—bullying them simply because they are students—nor should they display such disrespect through their customer service practices. It is truly appalling. The customer service here is nothing short of a scam, staffed entirely by liars. This clothing retail app, in reality, possesses no legitimate return or exchange policy whatsoever. Feel free to experience it for yourself if you wish—though, ideally, you should save your money rather than wasting it on scammers who are solely focused on doing business for the purpose of swindling your cash.

Awful
Wasn’t letting me order clothes, emailed customer service, they didn’t even respond or try to help what so ever. It’s been over a day and all they’ve sent me was a review asking how the service was without giving me any service
