Order status is not clear
App doesn’t show when it’s ready to pickup. If we go at the mentioned time, the order is not ready. When the item is ready, they keep it in shelf and doesn’t update it in the app. So we have to go check their pickup shelves every time if my name is written in any parcel or not.

None of the points or offers are redeemable.
Went to Desi district Plano and the staff were very impatient in trying to redeem any offers as shown in the app. Their first reaction is always that these offers are not applicable here.
On showing the app and the coupon codes, they show how the system doesn’t accept any codes. Very frustrating and the people behind the counter show a lot of frustration on having to get their manager to sort out the issue. Clearly the app and the offers are all bogus and un redeemable
