None of the points or offers are redeemable.
Went to Desi district Plano and the staff were very impatient in trying to redeem any offers as shown in the app. Their first reaction is always that these offers are not applicable here.
On showing the app and the coupon codes, they show how the system doesn’t accept any codes. Very frustrating and the people behind the counter show a lot of frustration on having to get their manager to sort out the issue. Clearly the app and the offers are all bogus and un redeemable

I’ve been using this app for almost 6 plus months regularly to order in desi district. It’s really helpful to save time to cut the queue.
I would suggest to allow user to get OTP in email(in case resend also didn’t work for particular user)
Though it’s there is a scan option available for store visits to gain or use points, none is doing it at the counter. Pls train them on how to do in case a customer wants to.
It’s a basic need for customers to have a phone number or a support email to reach out in case of issues. Consider adding a support page
