Too many
My software keep loading many many instance of the software but never give me the opportunity to sign-in. I downloaded what I thought was a new version and it is asking me to upgrade to the PRO version for $9.99/month. When I click away from this, it never shows me the canvas. It only shows me 4th of July designs. I have things I need to get done but I can't do anything.

Cricut
I like design space. On issue I would love to see resolved is that fonts are not outlined when uploaded. It makes it very difficult to use the pen tool to write.
Switching computers
I recently swithched computers because my old mac book was not up to date with the new updates. I wish I could relog into the already paid access that I have. I shouldn't have to repay if I already have the all access.
I absolutely hate it!
The old computer that I had previously had Design Space downloaded on had broken and it had been a few months that I could get another one. Well, I just recently got my Cricut all set up and I do not like it at ALL! Why did you have to change so drastically??? It was perfectly fine the way it was. Furthermore, all of my old projects, downloaded fonts, purchased files, etc. are gone! I don't see any way of getting any of it back! What a waste and disappointment!

BEGINNER HELP NEEDED
I was blesed today as I spoke with Kyle Jarvis..He enlightened me on some of the many
options that the cricut gives.
I still will have a steep learning curve but I am confident student
.I was even able to teach my neighbor a few of the projects you taught. Thats saying something because she knows a great deal from the severall years of ownership.
