Too many
My software keep loading many many instance of the software but never give me the opportunity to sign-in. I downloaded what I thought was a new version and it is asking me to upgrade to the PRO version for $9.99/month. When I click away from this, it never shows me the canvas. It only shows me 4th of July designs. I have things I need to get done but I can't do anything.

Cricut
I like design space. On issue I would love to see resolved is that fonts are not outlined when uploaded. It makes it very difficult to use the pen tool to write.
Switching computers
I recently swithched computers because my old mac book was not up to date with the new updates. I wish I could relog into the already paid access that I have. I shouldn't have to repay if I already have the all access.
I absolutely hate it!
The old computer that I had previously had Design Space downloaded on had broken and it had been a few months that I could get another one. Well, I just recently got my Cricut all set up and I do not like it at ALL! Why did you have to change so drastically??? It was perfectly fine the way it was. Furthermore, all of my old projects, downloaded fonts, purchased files, etc. are gone! I don't see any way of getting any of it back! What a waste and disappointment!

BEGINNER HELP NEEDED
I was blesed today as I spoke with Kyle Jarvis..He enlightened me on some of the many
options that the cricut gives.
I still will have a steep learning curve but I am confident student
.I was even able to teach my neighbor a few of the projects you taught. Thats saying something because she knows a great deal from the severall years of ownership.

Very manipulative app
This app was embedded into the real Cricut design space somehow that I thought it was a needed upgrade. Ended up erasing the other app, and it displayed an identical icon to Cricut (different than the one displayed on here). This app doesn't do much at all except offer some clip art I guess. It is very simplistic and not at all what I thought it was. It caused me a few hours of wasted time panicking I had lost all my projects from Cricut design space. I even clicked to subscribe to the free trial of the "pro" version to try and get to the regular features. Luckily I didn't pay for anything and was able to cancel it before it automatically renewed and would have charged me. I'm not usually so gullible with these kinds of things, but this one really caught me off guard . Super deceitful.

This app is easy to use and has so many options. It is literally perfect for every project. I love design space
this program stinks
This is the worst program I have ever had to work with; I have literally spent the entire day trying to figure out how to make a simple star to print. I am certain I have had to input payment about 6 times and there is no search bar on the mac to be able to even search for a star. I am getting nothing and likely my credit card will be charged 100's of dollars for nothing. I sure hope I have them all cancelled. The most stressful worst experience worst program ever. I want to return the cricut and the whole experience and get my unrenewable resource of time back. Just don't even bother unless you have a phd in computer science. Even then it isn't worth your timel.

This newest update is terrible. It is not at all user friendly with respect to actually figuring out how to use the app with my cricut. I can design things just fine but can't for the life of me figure out how to actually cut something. The support feature only gives you the option of contacting the company, no actual instructions on how to use it.

A little frustrated
However, for the last several months all my projects are private and I cannot share them. I have called and spent several hours tryong to figure it out to no avail.
Logging in
Everytime I go to loging to Design Space I have a problem. There's always an error or they tell me to upload the newest version. When I try to upload the newest version I get notices that there's a proble. I use an Apple laptop. Never used to have problems but now I have problems everytime. Frustrated!

AWFUL USER Experience
I have a MAC - The various apps for Cricut all are called basically the same thing but when you go to opent them to see if they are the correct. ones it makes you buy a "trial" TOTAL SCAM - it's bad enough the machine is expensive along with all the tools - but now the apps are so unhelpful - it makes it useless!

difficult to navigate
I have spent the past hour trying to get off of SVG designs screen back to home screen on MAC. Still haven't been able to do it after googling multiple times and watching several UTube videos. It just shouldnt be this hard
Lots to Love but Updates Take Way Too Long
There are a lot of things to love about Cricut Design Space if you are a creative person, however updates can take an extremely long time. I have not found a way to opt out of them in order to work on your project at that time and then run the update at later.
Not the real Circut
I don't understand why there are so many fake apps named Cricut Design Space with similar icons are available at the app store. Anyway, I gave up searching any more. I finally got Super Vectorizer Pro which auto convert any icons, images to SVG cut files and create my own files easily. It helps me a lot.

Cricut Space Design
I downloaded the Cricut Design Space application from the app store. I paid in full for the lifetime membership. I was happy. Now, I am on the app, navigating around the platform. There is no place on this app to log into your existing account so you can acces your projects and already purrchased designs. In other words, it did NOT merge with my existing account which I assumed it would. Well, if I would have known, I would NOT have purchased. However, on the contrary, I do like the access to all the designs. If they can fix that pronto, I'll change my review. Michele.

I still can't get the program to work with my MAC. Have done everything suggested and still no luck.
I have deleted the program and reinstalled as suggested and lost everrthing i had worked on previously. I already pay a monthly fee and now they want me to sign up again. WTH

Can't even use the app without it wanting you to purchase a subscription!
Annoying. Had to force quit my computer because it wanted me to purchase a subscription and wouldn't close out of the dialogue to do so.
