Great dress
Loved the dress and the service was exceptional. My only point is the dress had a small black stain on the hem and the zipper was not stitched back properly but then for the rental price paid it was good. Will definitely rent another dress for my next occasion.

Worst experience ever!
Designer24 is the worst. I gave them my wedding dress to rent out on the 22nd of February 2018 (8 months ago!). When I contacted them in October for updates they didn’t even know that it existed in their system! They replied by saying they’re certain that they sent it back to me long ago...
After a long debate, I managed to convince them to check again in their system. They finally found it in their warehouse in Antelias where it had been long forgotten.
Long story short, designer24 never put my dress in their showroom or on their website and never bothered to contact me for any updates. I took it back and sent it to “The Hour Dress” who value customer experience and update me every time they rent it.
Thanks for nothing designer24. Never again!

The app is a bit annoying
It’s good but I couldn’t flip through the images of a product when viewing different products in one grid. If I flip back on images it goes back to home page (thinking I hit back) and I lose all the filtered results. Needs to be fixed

Best service ever, I had a try on service from D24, delivery timing was perfect, however service was free off charge every single person who contacted me by phone was very polite which is so rare in Dubai to have a personal treat for something that you don’t pay😉, excellent service team👍🏻keep it up !

Super Slow
The app is super slow despite my fast internet connection. I had to give up searching for a dress because of this. Create a new app please this one is rubbish.
