Grundsätzlich finde ich die App ziemlich gut, besser als die Webanwendung - aber früh im Büro herauszufinden, wo ich heute sitze, ist schmerzvoll. Man muss dann immer erst auf buchen. Macht bitte ein Feature, wo ich einfach direkt den Gebäudeplan für heute sehen kann - gerne auch für Folgetage. Denn mit der Sitzplatznummer kann ich nichts anfangen.

The tool / app doesn’t allow defining all relevant defaults – default office yes, default level of meeting rooms no.
Especially a waitlist feature is missing. Offices with desks bookable through tools like this one have less desks than employees. A waitlist feature would avoid users to check over and over again if a desk or parking spot has been cancelled by someone else, hoping to be fast enough to be the first one to see and book it.

Seit iOS 18 kein Gebäudeplan mehr. Arbeitgeber kann nicht unterstützen. Bitte um Prüfung durch Anbieter!

Automatic check in does not work, app does not show floor level without going deep into the menus.
improvements ahead?
I think it makes things better for companies that do not have a standard yet. Quick suggestion: I personally think many views could be merged into one view which would make everything leaner. It feels like a developer has decided which views should exist, and a ux person should revise that :)
Einfachste App - Danke deskbird
Die mobile App hilft auch in der Wochenplanung. Direkt meine Lieblingskollegen zu sehen und somit selbst entscheiden, ob es sich lohnt ins Büro zu kommen. Eine push Mitteilung, somit ich mich einchecken kann hilft mir!
Viel besser als der Web Client
Die mobile Version von deskbird ist viel besser, als der Web Client. Während beim Web Client schon die Anmeldung völlig dilettantisch gemacht ist, ist man bei der mobilen Version mit dem Handy authentifiziert, was Standard sein sollte.
Ansonsten macht das Tool, was es soll. Es ist nichts besonderes, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck, was man nicht von allen Apps sagen kann.

Very slow + clunky UI
Not an easy to use app
Well thought approach …
... deficient in the implementation. In particular, the display of the calendar and floor plans (not visible at all per default) is in extreme need of improvement.
It works but why
There should be an optional mobile web version.
The app works fine and has multi date selection, but unless you plan on having smart rebookings with notifications an app seems unnecessary.
I assume you thought people would retain more with an app.
