Dubai parks should no longer partner with this app
As long-time residents of Al Barsha my friends and I would like to express our deep disappointment in the new facilities booking systems implemented in Dubai Parks, specifically the one in Al Barsha 2 Park 1.
Booking system is not configured to allow same-day booking (despite there being not a single soul in the park). Call center was non-responsive. Security asked us to leave the basketball court and leave it empty for no one to use - why?
Even security understands how useless is this app booking is, preventing Al Barsha residents from using an empty basketball court when there is no one there in May!
If Dubai Parks reads this, kindly drop this partnership. This DM application booking system is a solution for a nonexistent problem. The idea is to make Al Barsha and Dubai more accessible, not restrictive.
We kindly request you address the issue.

Disappointed with Availability
I’m honestly shocked that all the chalets are fully booked five months in advance. I even contacted customer support to double-check, and they confirmed that if the app doesn’t show a booking option, it means there’s no availability. Very frustrating experience—I expected more flexibility or at least a waitlist option.
