useless app
Seriously? you call this an app?! as soon as you want to book you are redirected to a very crappy webpage asking over and over again the same personal detail. have you heard about UI/UX? Good concept, terrible user experience!
Very useful app
I use this app for my parking in Dubai and it’s very useful, everything is digital and user friendly.
App is not working
Not working and absolutely not friendly. Takes a lot of time to fill all details and at the end still not working.
Doesn’t work to pay for parking
This app has happily taken my 1 aed deposit for multiple payment methods, but when it comes to making the payment it fails on all payment types. A total waste of time. Uninstalled!
No response for my issue
It has been almost a week and no response on my complaint, I paid onsite for the full day yet the application is still counting money every hour and not allowing me to reserve more, I will wait for two more days before I escalate to dubai government
