In Theiry
Like much of Follett’s items, nothing is easy to use. I cannot even login to the app. I have used it previously, and in theory it’s a great, practical app that just doesn’t function. Wish they would actually make products designed with users in mind.
iPhone 15 Pro
Apps was working but either after recent update or iPhone 13 Pro Max upgraded to iPhone 15 pro the camera cannot scan items. Focal length changed from the two iPhones main cameras so this could be why the camera scanner doesn’t work. Also connecting a USB-C scanner app will not accept data from scanner even though other programs or app will.

Search
It doesn’t work when earching an account. I am updated and all. If I delete app then re-download, it works for 1st time. But if I get out and then go back in, it won’t work. Gives error.
Inventory Glitch
I’m trying to complete my library inventory but the option to keep working keeps disappearing completely. I’ve tried to close and reopen the app and reinstalling but nothing will bring back the inventory I have started.
Too unreliable to be useful
This app has so much potential but it’s too unreliable to actually be of use. First, if you have an iPhone every couple weeks the app will stop working because there will be updates on your Google chrome or Safari apps that somehow affect this app. Then the app won’t work until you clear the cache from all your internet browser apps. This isn’t such a big deal except if you’re with students or staff and expecting to use the app and they’re waiting to check out books and now you have to clear all your search histories. Then it just stopped working completely for Android users. I’ve contacted tech support but they are of little help and seem disinterested in solving these problems. It’s a shame because when the app works, it’s great.
