I absolutely love this game but the thing is that when they update you have to regrind your stuff ALL over again
Customer Support failure
Terrible experience with support when I reported and issue with fishing. I would be actively fishing and hooked super rare fish and get a notice of being kicked due to inactivity. This just started happening so I reported that I lost those catches, bait and reel durability. The customer supports suggestion? Make sure to stay active…. Isn’t tapping in the screen being active? Piss poor response to submitting a bug

Customer Support is dead
I’ve been playing this game since season 1. It’s a truly great game. I Love it. But…I used to send messages to Customer Support about bugs and general problems with my characters after maintenance. They usually responded within a day or 2. I have sent messages to Customer Support about bugs after the latest maintenance update. I haven’t received a response to any of my messages in over a week. I’ve spent thousands of U.S. dollars on this game. Supporting the devs. But the lack of Customer Support has made me question whether I want to continue to play this game.

Cyberpunk Trauma Team extraction style game
An extraction style game where you play as Cyberpunk’s Trauma Team say in like an FPS fashioned after Rainbow Six Siege or as a more real time tactics game like Aliens Dark Descent would be fantastic with the nature of their job and the scenarios they deal with. Please consider it.
